The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.


How do we practice gratitude and abundance when we feel stressed or overwhelmed? Affirmations are a simple and proven way to rewire our brains. Much like exercise feeds our bodies, affirmations feed our brain positivity. Ever hear the saying, "We are what we think"? This means that your life is dictated largely by your thoughts.
