Training You for Every Adventure
We train our clients minds and body’s to prepare them for life’s little adventures; carrying laundry up and down the stairs or navigating a toy minefield. As well as life’s big adventures; climbing their first 14er or kayaking down the Colorado River.

We are committed to accessibility in fitness and outdoor recreation. All group classes and day hikes are on a sliding scale. All activities are beginner friendly (unless stated otherwise) and have multiple modifications.

AdventHER Body works under an intuitive movement, anti diet framework. All bodies are welcome. And anybody can have an AdventHER Body!
